Break your exercises into high and low-intensity intervals. Choose the order of intensities, repeat your exercise with sets, and set a rest duration for each set.
A FAMILIAR GYM CLOCK LOOK
Our timer was inspired by the digital clocks found at your local gym. We’ve added the essential exercise information to create a slick look, without clutter.
COLOR CODED
We use colors to quickly identify where you are in a current workout:
• Red = Active exercises and high-intervals
• Green = Rest periods and Pre-timers
• Yellow = Low-intervals (optional)
